Product Details:

After the CBN gear pump is started, the motor drives the drive gear to rotate, meshing with the driven gear, gradually increasing the volume at the suction inlet where the fluid enters the pump chamber under the influence of the pressure differential. Through the continuous rotation of the gears, the fluid is carried to the discharge port, with the re-meshing of the gears causing the enclosed space to continuously shrink, thereby discharging the fluid continuously and uniformly to ensure stable delivery.

Application:

CBN gear pumps are intended for handling media with temperatures below 230°C and viscosities not exceeding 2,000 mm²/s, such as asphalt, resins, rosin, syrups, vegetable oils, fuel oil, and diesel, which is diffusely applicable in industries including petroleum, chemicals, building materials, rubber, asphalt processing, consumer chemicals, and machinery manufacturing.
