Product Details:

2CY gear pump belongs to a kind of volumetric pump, which is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve, shaft end seal and so on. When the gear rotates, the volume of the inlet chamber becomes larger from small due to the continuous disengagement of the meshing teeth, forming a vacuum and sucking in the liquid. However, due to the meshing teeth constantly into the engagement and from large to small, the oil is compressed and discharged, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying oil.

Application:

2CY gear pump can give performance as transfer pump or booster pump in oil delivery system, and fuel pump for. pressurization and injection in fuel supply system. It can be also applied as hydraulic pump supplying hydraulic power in hydraulic system and in all industry fields as lubricating pump.
