QBY series pneumatic diaphragm pump is a positive displacement pump, which can deliver all kinds of corrosive liquids with particles, high viscosity, volatility, flammable, and highly toxic liquids. Product Details:
The two symmetrical working chambers of the diaphragm pump are each equipped with a piece of elastic diaphragm, and the two pieces of diaphragm are combined into one by connecting rod. Compressed air from the pump inlet connector into the valve chamber, push a working chamber of the diaphragm, and driven by the connecting rod connected to the diaphragm synchronized movement, while the other working chamber of the gas from the back of the diaphragm discharged. When the piston reaches the end of the stroke, the valve mechanism automatically introduces compressed air into the other working chamber and pushes the diaphragm pump to move in the opposite direction, thus forming a synchronized reciprocating motion of the two diaphragms. Each working chamber is equipped with two ball valves, the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm causes changes in the volume of the working chamber, forcing the two ball valves to open and close alternately, thus realizing the continuous suction and discharge of liquid.
