QBY series double pneumatic diaphragm pump is a positive displacement pump, which integrates many advantages of self-priming pump, submersible pump, slurry pump and other delivery pumps. It has the characteristics of stable fluid delivery, strong self-priming ability, low viscosity of the delivered fluid, small vibration, low noise, etc. It can commonly handle various corrosive, particle-carrying, high-viscosity, volatile, flammable, highly toxic and other liquid media, and can also be used in sewage treatment, chemical, petroleum, building materials, printing and dyeing, food and other industries.

Product Details:

DBY series diaphragm pump's two symmetrical working chambers are each equipped with an elastic diaphragm, and the two diaphragms are connected together by a connecting rod. Compressed air enters the air distribution valve from the air inlet joint of the pump, and is introduced into one of the chambers through the air distribution mechanism, pushing the diaphragm in the chamber to move, while the gas in the other chamber is discharged. Once the end of the stroke is reached, the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm causes the volume of the working chamber to change, forcing the two ball valves to open and close alternately, thereby achieving continuous suction and discharge of liquid.

Application:

1. It can pump water in mines, tunnels, tunnels, ore dressing and slag.

3. It can be used for transferring naphthenic acid, sodium sulfite liquid and benzene.

Advantage:

1. The air-operated diaphragm pump's valve structure eliminates traditional valves' “O” ring and column valve structure. It adopts three-way pilot type, which removes valve sticking points and pump-stopping phenomenon.
2. Designed with a simple air reversing valve, expensive downtime costs due to shutdowns can be avoided. Replacement of air-reversing valve components eliminates the need to disassemble fluid components.
3. It can provide the correct reversing signal to avoid stoppage, and the reversing is more rapid, so that the pump flow is large, the conveying performance is good, the pulse is small, and the flow is stable.
4. The slider inside the valve is made of durable material that is not easily damaged, realizing a smooth air path and flexible direction change.
5. Aluminum parts are otherwise treated to resist corrosion caused by unclean air.
