ZW chemical centrifugal pump belongs to a kind of self-priming non-clogging sewage pump, which is used for conveying solid liquid containing large particles and long fiber impurities. The pump adopts special impeller anti-clogging design, also has strong self-priming performance, reasonable design, compact structure, small volume and other characteristics, but also to ensure the pump's high efficiency and non-clogging characteristics.

Product Details:

ZW type self-priming non-clogging sewage pump adopts axial return external mixing system. When the pump starts, the stored liquid in the pump is discharged from the pump under the action of the impeller and the gas is discharged out of the pump, so that a certain vacuum is formed in the pump. With the continuous rotation of the impeller, the air in the pipeline is continuously discharged, completing the self-priming process, the pump will be put into normal operation. After that, the liquid enters into the worm case under the action of centrifugal force, and then discharged through the discharge outlet, at the same time, the impeller center forms a low-pressure area, and continuously sucks in the new liquid, realizing the continuous liquid conveying.

It is applied to discharge sewage, wastewater, rainwater and domestic water containing solid particles and various long fibers in the city.
