Product Details:

Before operation, the ZW series centrifugal pump requires a certain amount of water to be pre-filled in the inlet pipeline. When the pump starts, the liquid inside the impeller is flung outward toward the periphery under centrifugal force, creating a low-pressure zone at the impeller's center. Under atmospheric pressure, liquid from the pipeline is drawn into the pump's suction inlet and enters the impeller center. This liquid is driven by the impeller to rotate at high speed, increasing its velocity, and the ejected liquid then enters the pump casing and is discharged.

Application:

ZW series horizontal self priming centrifugal pumps can handle solid-liquid mixtures containing large particles and long fibers, meeting the requirements for conveying wastewater from municipal sewage systems, building pressure boosting, agricultural irrigation, shipboard water supply, and environmental treatment applications.
