Summarize:

N/NB Condensate Water Centrifugal Pump is used in thermal power plants to transfer condensate and other liquids similar to condensate, and can also be used in other places where the medium is similar to condensate. Conveying condensed water with temperature lower than 120℃ or liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water, NB, NBA, NBA type pumps are used for pumping condensate water in condenser whose temperature does not exceed 80℃ and 750-3000kW steam turbine generator set Condensed water and other similar occasions.

3 - The inlet diameter of the pump is 3 inches
N - Horizontal Cantilever Condensate Pump
6 - The design point head is divided by 10 and rounded up
2 - The number of pump stages is 2

Example: 4N6A
4 - The diameter of the suction pipe is 25 except
N - condensate pump
6 - The designed single-stage head is divided by 10 and rounded to an integer

Structure:

The types of N, NB and NBA condensate centrifugal pumps are single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pumps. Type N has a two-stage structure and the rest are horizontal structures. The pump has two types of structures with and without inducer. The structure is compact, the operation is stable and reliable, the efficiency is high, and the anti-cavitation performance is good. Standardized design, high degree of standardization and good versatility. By the way, the material of overcurrent parts: cast steel or stainless steel, different materials can also be selected according to user requirements.

1. Variety
N-type condensate pumps have horizontal cantilever single-stage, two-stage, single-stage with inducer and other structural forms, and there are more than 10 varieties. Single-stage models include 3N6, 3N6G, 4N6, 4N6G, 4N6A, 100N130, 100N160; two-stage models include 2.5N3×2, 3N6×2, and 4N6×2; single-stage models include 6N6, 150N110, 150N130, 150N180, 200N32, 200N180

2. Support part
The structure of the supporting parts of the varieties is the same. The main parts are the bracket, the front and rear bearing glands and the shaft combined on the front and rear radial ball bearings positioned on the bracket. The ball bearings also bear the unbalanced axial force. Lubricate with thin oil, the amount of oil can be seen from the oil mark. The front and rear bearing glands are equipped with felt sealing rings as shaft seals to prevent oil leakage. The hole in the pipe plug is used for oil filling. Drain the oil from the wire hole when cleaning and changing the oil.

3. Sealing and transmission
The pump is sealed with soft packing, and a replaceable uranium sleeve is installed at the uranium seal.
The pump is driven by an electric motor through an elastic coupling. Viewed from the transmission direction, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
