Product Details:
R series centrifugal transfer pump products are mainly composed of pump body, impeller, shaft, pump body bracket, sealing parts, sealing ring and so on. The inlet of the pump is horizontal axial and the outlet is vertical upward. And the impeller is static balance calibrated and fixed on the shaft together with the impeller nut and shaft sleeve. The pump shaft is supported on the suspension by centripetal thrust ball bearings, and the pump body is connected to the cooling chamber and suspension through bolts.
Application:
R series hot water transfer pump is suitable for metallurgy, power station, chemical industry, etc. It is used for conveying high pressure hot water without solid particles below 250℃. Generally speaking, the maximum temperature of hot water conveying is 250 ℃ and the maximum inlet pressure is 5 MPa. It should be noted that when the temperature of hot water is not higher than 250 ℃, the inlet pressure of the pump should not be more than 3 MPa.
