ISW series pipeline centrifugal water pump belongs to a single stage single suction centrifugal pump that is designed to handle sea water, lightly corrosive liquid and other liquids with physical properties similar to clean water. Due to its durable materials, reasonable structure, advanced technology, this pump becomes the first choice for agricultural irrigation, garden sprinklers and long-distance water supply. This pump adopts hard alloy wear-resistant shaft, which solves the problem of serious leakage of the packing seal of centrifugal pump, meanwhile, prolonging the service life and ensuring the tidiness of the operation place.

Product Details:

ISW series centrifugal pumps are composed of motors, pump bodies, impellers, bearings and sealing devices. When the pump is started, it is connected to the pump impeller through the shaft, driving the impeller to rotate at high speed. The rotation of the impeller generates a low-pressure area, and the liquid in the pump body enters the pump casing under negative pressure. When the liquid leaves the impeller and enters the pump casing, the flow rate of the liquid slows down due to the gradual expansion of the flow channel in the pump casing, and part of the kinetic energy is converted into static energy, and flows into the discharge pipe along the cutting direction.

Application:

ISW series pipeline centrifugal pump is designed to transferring clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. It is available for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, long-distance transportation, garden sprinkler irrigation, ventilation refrigeration cycle, fire-fighting pressurization, and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching.

1. The static and dynamic balancing of the shaft and impeller with excellent absolute concentricity ensures smooth operation without vibration.
2. The pump body is supported by two low-noise bearings, running smoothly, almost no noise except the weak sound of running.
