Product Details:

IHF series fluorineplastic centrifugal pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards and combined with non-metallic pump technology. The pump body adopts metal shell lined with PTFE propylene, while the pump cover, impeller and liner plate are sintered and pressed with metal inserts and fluoroplastic. Meanwhile, the shaft seal adopts external advanced bellows mechanical seal, the static ring adopts 99.9% alumina ceramics, and the dynamic ring adopts PTFE filling material, thus it has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

IHF series fluorine plastic pump is available for the conveyance of highly corrosive liquids such as those found in the chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgical, smelting, power generation, electroplating, dye, pesticide, papermaking, food, textile, nitric acid, strong alkali, strong oxidizing agent, and organic solvent industries, as well as reducing agents. It also consistently delivers outstanding performance in applications such as non-ferrous metal smelting electrolytes, acid bath processes in automotive manufacturing, and other chemically corrosive environments.

1. Its shaft seal adopts advanced external bellows mechanical seal, the grinding dynamic ring and static ring adopts the world advanced SSIC industrial ceramics, and other materials can also be used to grind materials according to the user's special working conditions.
