HW series mixed flow pump is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, easy-to-operate, high-performance, easy-to-install, and long-lasting single-stage, single-suction pump designed for high-head applications. It is designed for heavy-duty industrial use in agriculture, chemical processing, power generation, metallurgy, papermaking, mining, and other industries, for conveying clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water.

Product Details:

HW series horizontal water centrifugal pump primarily consists of components such as the pump cover, impeller, pump casing, pump shaft, shaft sleeve, and bearing housing. Its shaft seal assembly comprises packing, a packing gland, and a packing ring, designed to prevent air from being drawn into the pump along the shaft and to prevent water from leaking out of the pump along the shaft.

Application:

1. Mining: Applicable for underground drainage, tailings conveyance, and concentrator plant return water.
2. Municipal: It is wuitable for urban water supply, drainage, stormwater pumping stations, and sewage plant lift stations.
3. Seawater Desalination: This pump is capable of seawater extraction, primary pressurization, and brine discharge applications.
4. Steel: Meets conveyance requirements for blast furnace circulating water, converter dust removal water, laminar cooling, and other processes.

1. User requirements can be met by cutting the impeller outer diameter or replacing impellers with different performance characteristics.
