ZJQ submersible slurry pump is a submersible slurry pump, specially designed for sludge slurry, abrasive, corrosive, coarse particles, high concentration material. Product Details:

ZJQ submersible sand slurry pump is a coaxial integrated product of water pump and motor. When running, the impeller of the pump rotates under the drive of the motor shaft, which transfers energy to the slurry medium and generates a certain flow rate, thus driving the flow of solid materials and realising the conveying of slurry.

Application:

It is suitable for conveying slurry containing abrasive particles such as sand, cinder, tailings, etc. It is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, electric power, chemical industry, environmental protection, river dredging, sand pumping, municipal engineering and other industries. This product is easy to install and move, has high slag extraction efficiency, and can run safely for a long time under harsh working conditions. It is an ideal product to replace traditional vertical submerged pumps and submersible sewage pumps.

Feature:

1. The main flow components such as impeller and stirring impeller are made of high wear-resistant materials, which are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, non-blocking, and have strong sewage discharge capacity, and can effectively pass through larger solid particles.
2. It is a dry motor down pump structure. The motor is protected by a mechanical seal, which can effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the motor cavity.
3. The stirring impeller directly contacts the deposition surface, and the concentration is controlled by the diving depth, so the concentration control is more comfortable.
4. The motor is submerged underwater, and there is no need to build complex ground protection and fixing devices, and the management is easier.
5. There is also a stirring impeller, which can stir the sludge deposited on the bottom of the water into a turbulent flow and then extract it.
6. The equipment is directly submerged underwater, without noise and vibration, and the site is more tidy.
7. There is no need to equip auxiliary stirring or jetting device, and the operation is easier.
