ZW series sewage centrifugal pump belongs to self-priming non-clogging sewage pump, which can be used in pharmacy, printing and dyeing, chemical industry, petroleum, power plant, agriculture and other industries for conveying solid liquids containing large particles and long fiber impurities. At the same time, the product adopts unique open impeller and special impeller anti-clogging design, which can effectively transport sewage containing large solid particles and fiber materials, and has the advantages of not easy to be clogged and highly efficient transport. Therefore, it gradually becomes the best choice for conveying media containing large solid particles.

Product Details:

ZW self-priming non-clogging sewage pump utilizes axial reflux external mixing system. When the pump works, the liquid stored in the pump is discharged from the pump under the action of the impeller, and the gas is discharged from the pump, so that a certain vacuum is formed in the pump. With the continuous rotation of the impeller, the air in the pipeline is continuously discharged, completing the self-priming process, the pump enters into normal operation. Subsequently, the liquid enters into the worm case under the action of centrifugal force, and then discharged through the outlet, while the impeller center forms a low-pressure area, and continuously sucks in new liquid to realize the continuous transmission of liquid.
