WQ series submersible sewage pump is a new generation centrifugal pump which is developed on the basis of introducing foreign advanced technology and combining with the characteristics of domestic pumps. The product can be applied to deal with sewage and dirt with particles, clear water and corrosive media, and can meet the conveying requirements in the fields of municipal engineering, hotels, mines, construction sites, farmland, etc. The product structure is reasonable, easy to maintain, no need to build a pump room, so submerged in water can work, thus greatly reducing the project cost.

Product Details:

WQ series centrifugal sewage pump adopts coaxial integrated structure of pump and motor. When the pump pump works, the motor shaft drives the pump impeller to rotate, thus generating a certain flow rate and driving the flow of solids, which in turn achieves the transport of media. The equipment has high conductivity, good insulation, durability, long service life, and the anti-leakage cable will not cause the motor to enter water even if it is damaged.

Feature:

1. The automatic control cabinet can be equipped according to the user's need, which can automatically protect the water leakage, electric leakage, overload and over temperature of the pump and enhance the reliability of the product.
2. It can be provided with double-rail auto-coupling installation system according to user's need, which brings more convenience for installation and maintenance, and people don't have to enter the sewage pit for this purpose.
3. Its sealed oil cavity is equipped with high-precision anti-interference water leakage detection sensor, stator winding embedded thermal components, can automatically protect the pump motor.
4. The float switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the change of the required liquid level. No special operation is required and it is very convenient to use.
5. It adopts single impeller or double impeller structure, which can effectively pass 5 times of the diameter of fibre and 50% of the diameter of solid particles in the pump.
6. The mechanical seal is made of hard and corrosion-resistant new titanium tungsten material, which can make the pump run continuously for more than 8000 hours.
