Summarize:

IRG vertical pipeline pump belongs to high temperature single-stage single-suction pipeline centrifugal pump series. The machine adopts the performance parameters of IR series centrifugal pumps and is designed and manufactured according to international standards on the basis of general pipeline pumps. It is applicable for transferring clean water and other liquids similar to clean water, such as industrial and urban water supply and drainage, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire-fighting pressure, long-distance conveyance and sanitary ware supporting equipment.

Product Details:

The centrifugal force in IRG hot water pipeline pump will throw the water outward from the center of the impeller to form a low-pressure area, so that the water is continuously sucked into the center of the impeller and then thrown out to realize the water transfer. The maximum working pressure of the pump is less than or equal to 1.6Mpa, and the hydraulic test pressure of the pump is 2.5Mpa. on the contrary, when the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, the overflow part and the connection part of the pump are required to be made of cast steel in manufacturing.

Application:

IRG series centrifugal water pumps are commonly used for conveying clear water and similar clear water with the temperature not exceeding 80°C. On the one hand, it is applicable to industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pipeline booster, garden watering, fire-fighting pipeline booster, long-distance water supply, bathing, hot and cold water circulation booster and related machinery. On the other hand, the pump can also be used in energy, oil refining, wood processing, chemical industry, textile, paper making, catering, bathing, hotels and boiler hot water circulation, city heating system and other fields.

Feature:

1. The impeller of the hot water pump is directly mounted on the slender shaft of the motor, and the bearing arrangement of the pump and the motor is reasonable, which can effectively stabilize the radial and axial loads generated when the pump is running.
2. The water circulation pump is of vertical structure, with the same diameter of water inlet and outlet, and located on the same centerline. The shape is compact and beautiful, covers a small area, and the construction investment is small.
3. The shaft seal of vertical boiler water pump adopts tungsten carbide, graphite, hard alloy and other materials, which effectively prolongs the service life of mechanical seal.
4. Hot water centrifugal pumps can be installed in solid or horizontal mode according to the requirements of piping arrangement.
5. According to the requirements of use, i.e. flow rate and head, they can be operated in series or parallel.
