IR series hot water centrifugal pump is designed based on the performance and size of international standard IS02858 energy-saving single-stage single-suction cantilevered centrifugal pump pump, which is mainly used for conveying clear water and liquids with physical properties similar to water. The pump has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance, good anti-cavitation performance, low power consumption, small volume, easy maintenance, etc., so it is usually used in the fields of building heating, rubber, printing and dyeing, agricultural irrigation and drainage and boiler water supply.

Product Details:

IR series hot water centrifugal pumps can be installed horizontally with horizontal axial suction and radial upward discharge. The pump body is designed as backdoor type, i.e., split from the back of impeller. This structure is convenient for maintenance, and there is no need to disassemble the pump body, suction pipeline, discharge pipeline and motor during maintenance, only the intermediate coupling of extended coupling needs to be disassembled, so that the rotor part can be withdrawn for maintenance. The axial sealing ring of the pump consists of packing gland, packing ring and packing, which can prevent air from entering or a large amount of water leakage.

Application:

1. Industrial field: This pump can be used for water supply and drainage and circulating water system in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, paper making and other industries.
2. Urban construction: It applies in urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, and fire-fighting water supply.
3. Other fields: This machine can also be applied for hot water pressurization and circulating delivery in hotels and restaurants and urban heating system.
4. Agricultural irrigation: It can be used for farmland irrigation and drainage.
