IR centrifugal boiler feedwater pumps are energy-efficient single-suction centrifugal pumps that comply with the performance and dimensional requirements of the international standard ISO 2858, primarily designed for the transfer of clean water and liquids with physical properties similar to water. Thanks to their reliable performance, low energy consumption, compact design, light weight, and excellent resistance to steam corrosion, this series of pumps is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, rubber, printing and dyeing, sugar refining, food processing, chemicals, and construction.

Product Details:

IR series hot water centrifugal pump can be installed horizontally, horizontal axial suction, radial upward discharge. Its pump body is designed as back door type, i.e. split from the back of impeller, this structure is convenient for maintenance, no need to dismantle the pump body, suction piping, discharge piping and motor during maintenance, only need to dismantle the intermediate coupling of extended coupling, can exit the rotor part for maintenance. The axial sealing ring of the pump consists of packing gland, packing ring and packing, which can prevent air from entering or a large amount of water leakage.

Application:

1. Industrial field: It is suitable for water supply and drainage and circulating water system in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, paper making and other industries.
2. Urban construction: It can be used in urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, and fire-fighting water supply.
3. Other fields: This machine can also be applied for hot water pressurization and circulating delivery in hotels and restaurants and urban heating system.
4. Agricultural irrigation: This pump can be adopted for farmland irrigation and drainage.
