LPG transfer pumps feature a flow path formed by a complex curve, consisting of a stator, rotor, baffles, and vanes, with ten sealing chambers created by the stator and rotor. As the rotor rotates, centrifugal force causes the vanes to slide closely against the inner wall of the stator, gradually increasing the volume of the sealing chambers and creating a vacuum, thereby drawing the fluid in through the inlet. The rotor continues to rotate into the discharge zone, where the volume of the sealing chamber gradually decreases, compressing the medium and increasing its pressure, ultimately forcing it out through the discharge port. To ensure stable delivery pressure, an oil seal block is positioned between the suction chamber and the pressure chamber, working in conjunction with the blades and the two baffle plates through centrifugal force.
Application:
Lpg gas transfer pump is able to transport liquefied petroleum gas pumps, usually connected to pipelines. Filling from one cylinder to another is possible using a refill gun and hose. So it can be used for liquefied petroleum gas vehicle filling stations, large and medium-sized users of liquefied petroleum gas cylinder filling, liquefied petroleum gas tank truck loading and unloading, liquefied petroleum gas refilling and other medium transportation.
