This completely eliminates the leakage issues inherent in mechanical seals used in other pumps. Additionally, due to its excellent corrosion resistance and ability to prevent contamination of the conveyed medium, the pump is particularly suitable for transporting liquids prone to leakage, flammability, or explosiveness.

Product Details:

CQ series horizontal magnetic pump consists of three main components: the pump head assembly, the magnetic actuator, and the electric motor. The magnetic actuator is the core component, consisting of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor, and a non-magnetic magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate via a coupling, the magnetic field can pass through the air gap and the non-magnetic material isolation sleeve, driving the inner magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously, thereby achieving contactless synchronous transmission.

CQ series magnetic centrifugal pumps are suitable for use in various industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, electroplating, food, film and photo processing and printing, research institutions, and defense industries for the transportation of dilute acids, dilute alkalis, dilute oils, toxic liquids, and volatile liquids. They can also be used as auxiliary components for water circulation equipment and filters, and are particularly suitable for the transportation of liquids that are prone to leakage, flammable, and explosive.

Feature:

1. When overloaded, the relative sliding of the inner and outer magnetic rotors of the pump protects the motor and pump.
2. The pump shaft sealing method has been changed from dynamic sealing to a closed static seal, completely eliminating medium leakage.
3. It does not require independent lubrication or cooling water, thereby reducing energy consumption. Synchronous drive is achieved through a coupling, eliminating contact and friction, resulting in low power consumption, high efficiency, and reduced impact of motor vibration on the pump, as well as reduced impact of cavitation vibration in the pump on the motor.
