YHCB series arc gear pump is applicable for conveying non-corrosive liquids with viscosity 5～1500cSt and temperature not exceeding 80℃ without solid particles. This machine is also an ideal choice for the tanker truck conversion industry and the petroleum industry. Meanwhile, the main parts made of different materials can be selected according to customers' needs to convey acids, alkalis, benzene, xylene, toluene, alcohols, ketones, esters and all kinds of chemical media with appropriate concentrations. It has the advantages of a large flow rate, high head, small volume, low noise, low rotational speed, and strong self-absorption ability.

Product Details:

YHCB series arc gear pump is a kind of positive displacement pump, which is composed of two gears, pump body and front and rear covers, forming two closed spaces. When the gears rotate, the volume of the space on the disengaged side changes from large to small, forming a vacuum, and the liquid is sucked in, while the volume of the space on the meshed side of the gears changes from large to small, and the liquid is squeezed into the pipeline. The suction and discharge chambers are separated by the meshing lines of the two gears, which are made of special materials and can be used for explosion-proof.

Application:

YHCB series circular gear pump is mainly suitable for conveying all kinds of oil media with a viscosity of 5-1500cst, temperature below 80℃, no solid particles, no corrosive, including gasoline, kerosene, diesel lubricating oil, liquefied petroleum gas, acetate diamine, acetate triamine, acetate hexamine, etc. This series pump is divided into nylon wheel, steel wheel and copper wheel, among which the nylon wheel and copper wheel are suitable for conveying gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil and other flammable and explosive media, which is a good explosion-proof oil pump for vehicle use.
