This equipment operates via a gear-meshing conveying mechanism, and its conveying capacity does not rely entirely on the fluid kinetic energy generated by high-speed rotation, making it suitable for conveying high-viscosity media. During gear rotation, the equipment forms a continuous working chamber through gear meshing, and the medium enters at the inlet. With the continued rotation of the gears, the medium moves toward the discharge port along the internal flow passages of the pump housing. Upon gear meshing, the space between the teeth gradually narrows, causing the medium to be squeezed into the discharge line, thereby creating a continuous cycle of suction and discharge.
