Product Details:

The structure of the machine is complex and compact, but easy to operate and control. The common operation steps of milk filling machine include water treatment → bottle blowing machine → pretreatment/ultra high temperature treatment → filling → labeling → packaging.
1. To prevent contamination of the dairy products to be packaged, clean the hopper and container before turning on the filling machine.
2. Please place the filled bottles, cans or containers under the filling nozzle manually or automatically using the conveyor belt.
3. Once the milk filler's sensors recognize a filled package, they signal the system to begin cycling dairy products. Once the machine detects the signal, the valve of the filling nozzle opens and the milk flows out in a steady stream.
4. 4. The machine uses the volume and weight functions to determine if the bottle is full. Once the bottle is full, the system automatically opens the valve and stops the flow. This allows for precise control of the amount needed without any errors or waste.
5. After the milk is filled into the bottle material, it is capped, labeled and coded. The finished milk will be transferred to the storage space.
