Product Details:

Using the automatic pouch packing machine, the boxes and bags to be filled must be placed in the filling position and secured by the positioning mechanism to ensure they remain stable and do not move. The filling head is then lowered and precisely inserted into the bag opening, injecting the material into the bag according to the pre-set quantity. During the filling process, the machine continuously monitors the material flow rate and liquid level to ensure that each bag is filled with an appropriate and consistent amount of material, preventing overflow due to overfilling or waste/underfilling due to insufficient filling.
