Product Details:

ZJ horizontal slurry pump consists of components such as a coupling, pump shaft, impeller, and bearing housing. The pump generates centrifugal force through the high-speed rotation of the impeller, propelling the liquid from the center of the impeller toward its outer edge while simultaneously converting the liquid’s kinetic energy into potential energy, thereby conveying it through the piping to a certain height and distance. Finally, under atmospheric pressure, the liquid enters the impeller through the suction pipe, thereby enabling a continuous cycle of suction and discharge.

Application:

ZJ series single suction slurry pump can be widely applied in the mining, electric power, metallurgy, coal, environmental protection and other industries to transport slurry containing abrasive solid particles. Such as metallurgical benediction plant slurry transportation, thermal power plant ash removal, coal washing plant coal slurry and heavy medium transportation, dredging rivers, river dredging and so on. In the chemical industry, some corrosive slurring containing crystals can also be transported.
