Product Details:

RY hot oil pumps utilize an electric motor to drive the impeller’s rotation, propelling the heat transfer oil entering the pump chamber with the impeller blades, thereby imparting kinetic energy to the oil. Under the influence of centrifugal force, the oil moves from the center of the impeller toward its outer edge. The continuous rotation of the impeller ensures a steady inflow of fresh fluid into the pump, while the fluid that has already gained energy flows continuously toward the heat exchanger, thereby creating a continuous transfer process. This transfer method is suitable for hot oil circulation systems that require a stable fluid flow rate and helps reduce the operational burden associated with manual, intermittent transfer.

Application:

RY centrifugal pumps are not only capable of circulating and conveying fluid between hot oil boilers and heat-using equipment, but can also be utilized in heating pipelines in heat-transfer oil chemical production processes.
