IH series chemical transfer centrifugal pump is capable of pumping media such as acidic and alkaline liquids and chemical solutions that are both clean and moderately corrosive, and can also safely handle flammable, explosive, toxic, or hazardous chemical media. The internal design and material selection of this equipment minimize the impact of various industrial media on the pump body and flow-passing components, maintaining stable performance during long-term operation. Its trailing-shaft design requires less disassembly of inlet and outlet piping during maintenance, ultimately shortening equipment downtime and facilitating the continuation of production.

Product Details:

IH chemical centrifugal pumps transport liquids using the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller. When the pump is started, the motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, causing the liquid entering the center of the impeller to gain pressure energy due to the action of the blades and flow outward along the impeller’s flow path toward the outer edge. The continuous rotation of the impeller ensures a steady supply of liquid at the suction inlet, resulting in a stable and continuous flow rate.

Application:

IH chemical resistant centrifugal pumps deliver liquids that contain no solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to that of water. Therefore, they are capable of handling the transfer of acidic and alkaline liquids, chemical solutions, and certain organic media in industrial production, as well as liquid transfer in industries like petrochemicals, metallurgy, petroleum, papermaking, power generation, and environmental protection.
