CYZ self priming centrifugal pump is a kind of self-priming centrifugal pump developed according to international technical data and are commonly used for conveying fuel oil, diesel oil, kerosene, gasoline and other mediums that do not contain solid particles and have a temperature of not more than 80℃. The product has become the preferred equipment for petroleum industry, land oil depot and tanker trucks due to its smooth operation, easy maintenance and strong self-priming ability.

Product Details:

CYZ oil transfer pumps are composed of suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, vortex chamber, return liquid hole, gas-liquid distribution chamber and so on. When the product is started, the high-speed rotation of the impeller will generate centrifugal force, which will throw the liquid out from the center of the impeller and then into the vortex chamber of the pump body. In the vortex chamber, the speed of the liquid gradually decreases and the pressure gradually increases, and then it is discharged through the discharge pipe. At the same time, due to the rotation of the impeller will form a certain vacuum in the center of the impeller, and the external liquid is sucked into the pump body under the action of atmospheric pressure, thus realizing the continuous suction and discharge process.

CYZ series centrifugal oil pumps can transport fuel oil, diesel oil, kerosene, gasoline and other media which do not contain solid particles and the temperature does not exceed 80℃. It is an ideal product for petroleum industry, onshore oil depots and tankers, and can also be used in cargo oil pumps, bilge pumps, fire pumps and ballast pumps of ships and cooling water circulation of machines.
