ZX series horizontal centrifugal pump is a single-stage single-suction self-priming centrifugal pump with simple structure, smooth operation, high efficiency, low noise, smooth operation and strong self-priming ability. It can be used to convey clear water, sewage, seawater, light oil, acid and alkali as well as chemical liquids in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, construction, pharmaceutical, electric power, mining and other industries. This pump has a simple structure design and does not need to install a bottom valve on the pipeline, thus simplifying the pipeline system and improving the working conditions.

Product Details:

ZX series centrifugal pump is a new type of high efficiency and energy saving centrifugal pump, which adopts international advanced design software development. It has single-stage single-suction cantilever structure, mainly composed of pump body, impeller, seal, bearing and coupling and other components. The pump can throw the liquid to the outer edge of the scroll chamber by centrifugal force, and then discharged through the outlet of the pump body. The rotation of the impeller converts the mechanical energy of the motor into the kinetic energy and pressure energy of the liquid, thus realizing the transportation of the liquid.

Application:

1. It is suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical, pharmaceutical, dyestuff, printing and dyeing, brewing, electric power, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, mining, equipment, cooling, oil tanker drainage and other industries.
2. This machine is applicable for handling clear water, seawater, acidic and alkaline chemical media liquid and general paste (medium viscosity ≤ 100PCT, solid content does not exceed 30%) slurry.
3. The pump can be installed with rocker type nozzle to spray water into the air and then into small rain spots. It is a good helper for farms, nurseries, orchards and tea gardens.
4. It can be used with any type and specification of filter press, and it is the most ideal pump type to be fed into the filter for pressure filtration.
