Product Details:

ZJ series slurry centrifugal pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal slurry pump with simple structure and easy maintenance. The pump generates centrifugal force through the rotation of the impeller, sucks the slurry containing solid particles from the axial direction, then throws the slurry to the edge of the pump casing under the action of centrifugal force, and finally discharges it from the outlet.

Application:

ZJ series heavy duty slurry pump can be widely used in mining, electric power, metallurgy, coal, environmental protection and other industries to transport slurry containing abrasive solid particles. It can also meet the transport requirements of metallurgical plant slurry transport, thermal power plant ash removal, coal washing plant coal slurry and heavy media transport, river dredging, river dredging, etc.

Feature:

1. Adopting the international advanced design theory, designed according to the principle of minimum loss, so that the shape of the overflow parts and the slurry flow state reaches the ideal state, improving the efficiency of the pump.
2. Its overflow parts are made of high hard wear-resistant cast iron alloy or anti-abrasive high chromium wear-resistant alloy, which has high anti-abrasive, corrosion-resistant and high-strength impact-resistant properties, prolonging the service life of the pump.
3. The pump body adopts internal and external bimetallic structure, the outer pump casing is generally made of ductile cast iron, and the inner casing is made of high chromium anti-abrasive cast iron or cast steel, which is convenient for replacing the over-flow parts.
