YCB series gear oil pump is mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve, shaft end seal and other components. The pump conveys liquid through the change of working volume between the pump casing and meshing gears. When the gears rotate in a specific direction, the volume of the cavity on the gear meshing side changes from small to large, forming a vacuum to draw in the liquid, and the volume of the cavity on the gear meshing side changes from large to small, squeezing the liquid into the discharge pipe.

Application:
YCB arc gear oil pumps are suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil without corrosive solid particles and fibers, at a temperature of not more than 200°C, and with a viscosity of 5-1500 cst. If it is necessary to transport high temperature media of 200-300 °C, it is necessary to change the process.
