3GB asphalt three screw pump is a rotor-type volumetric pump, which can be used for conveying all kinds of non-solid particles, non-corrosive, lubricating media, such as fuel oil, lubricating oil, heavy oil, hydraulic oil and other media. With its high speed, simple structure, low pressure pulsation, low noise, high efficiency, etc., it has become the preferred equipment for conveying various lubricating media in petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries.

Product Details:

3GB series screw oil pumps make use of the screw meshing principle, relying on the rotating screws meshing with each other in the pump casing to enclose the conveying medium in the gear cavity and push it continuously and uniformly along the axial direction of the screws to the outlet, providing stable pressure for the system. In addition, the pumps are available in insulated and non-insulated structures, which can be selected according to user needs.

Application:

3GB series bitumen insulation screw pump is suitable for transferring various non-corrosive oils and similar oils, such as fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, heavy oil, asphalt and other similar oils. The viscosity of the transport liquid is generally 30-760mm/s, and high-viscosity media can be transported by heating and viscosity-reducing, and the temperature typically does not exceed 350 °C. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical fiber, metallurgy, machinery, electric power, machine tools, ships, glass, highways and other industries.

Feature:

1. The liquid is continuously conveyed in the direction of thrust without agitation and the sealing chamber operates as an infinite piston, high suction ranges can be easily ensured without cavitation.
2. Since the rotating element has only three rotors, is relatively small and rotates by liquid pressure, it ensures natural, smooth and quiet operation even at high speeds and pressures.
3. The liquid is enclosed in a chamber sealed by the rotor and sleeve and proceeds continuously from suction to discharge without pulsation or agitation.
4. Internal leakage losses are also low through precision machining of the rotating elements.
